Chris Venter29. January, 2024. The worst ever. Poor product, poor service, poor communication. Bakkie in for repairs, after 4 days with no communication at all there is a list of items to repair on a bakkie with 50 000km with a full service history. I am there to collect it. Not the Dealer Principal or the Workshop Manager is there to raise a complaint. All left in the hands of the poor receptionist .The worst of all is I can't even sell it. No one wants it! Werner Roodt22. December, 2023. So I went I saw an advertisement for a vehicle at the dealership and contacted Riana. She then contacted me back and told me about the demo model, a XUV300 W8 2023 with a mileage of 12000km at a great price. I immediately told her I will come see her the next day. When I got there she called me and told me she left the application form on her desk and is out for an optometrist appointment and won’t make our appointment. I then so no I will rather wait and walk around at other dealerships and wait for her. While she was gone I went to Brits Nissan where I was assisted by Allen. Here I found a Magnite Turbo that I was interested in and thought let proceed with a finance application because even if I choose to purchase the Mahindra it would simply be transferred. After completing the application I went to see Riana. She showed me the XUV300 again telling me it’s a demo model and that the mileage is only 12000km. After showing me the XUV300 she asked if I would be interested in a secondhand 2021 XUV500 with a mileage of 50000km that has just been traded in by a docter. She showed this vehicle ad well. She then promised to contact me with more available vehicles the Monday which never happened. On Monday as Nissan Allen approached Riana to tell her I am purchasing the demo XUV300 she told him as well it’s a demo 2023 with 12000km. Allen then returned to Nissan to proceed with the bank however once the paperwork arrived the vehicle turned out to be a 2021 model with almost 140000km on the clock, rattling my finance application. Allen then again returned to Mahindra to ask questions but got shut and even management had no interest in resolving anything except for saying that’s what is for sale. If this wasn’t enough even the second vehicle she showed was a complete lie having over a 100000km more on the clock than said. I myself then returned to mahindra demanding to speak to the branch manager as I just applied for finance on a fraudulent sale. I was merely told the manager is not available as she works remotely by the receptionist and that they are sorry. This is a very serious matter. Selling cars with false models and mileage is no joke.
